- Your logo and school profile with a colour photograph printed in the workshop handbook given to all participating institutions.

- The full list of international institutions will be released three weeks before the event starts to all participants
- We expect a minimum of 30 international institutions at the event for you to select 21 private meetings of 25 minutes each.

ONLINE Appointments
All registered and confirmed participants will receive a login and password to the Marcom e-scheduling system. The login info will be sent to you by e-mail.
The e-scheduling system will be open approximately three weeks before the event date and you will be able to request and confirm appointments with all participating institutions. You will also be able to view a profile and contact details of each participant in the Marcom system. The event format is similar to the schedule below and will feature 28 private 1-to-1 meetings of 20 minutes each with the institutions of your choice. |
